Will I be billed immediatley?

You won’t be billed during your 14 day trial, onces that’s up, your billing cycle will start.

Are my payment details secured?

No payment information is saved on our servers. It’s securely handled through our payment proccessor (Stripe).

How many of my colleagues can I invite?

Unlimited. We don’t do pay per seat, the more teams you can collaborate with, the better.

Are all customer details really deleted after 30 days?

Yes. All customer details are compeletly wiped from our servers in 30 days from upload, or if you choose to manually do it sooner.

I need more tickets, what do I do?

It’s simple to upgrade to a plan with higher video volume. You’re video credit will update instantly.
